Are your tour guides properly certified and licensed in NYC?
Yes — your guides are certified and licensed by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. They pass a 150-question exam on NYC geography, history, architecture, and more, complete background checks, and carry photo ID licenses. So you can explore with confidence.
Are your private driving tours licensed and insured?
Yes — your driver-guides and vehicles are licensed by the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC), and your tours are covered by the insurance required for TLC-licensed service. If you want to double-check anything before you book, just ask.
