The Lowline - World's First Underground Park

There is always something new in NEW York - maybe that's how it really got its name. Given the huge success of the High LIne Park, completed in 2014, it comes as no surprise that a Lowline Park is now proposed and exists in prototype called the "Lowline Lab," with operational testing from October 2015 through March 2017. The Lowline Lab is testing the ability to bring sunlight underground, by various means, and grow plants in a subterranean environment. This is exciting! Check back - we will keep you updated!
